As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the heart of contractual elements of a variety of construction projects. Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in a forward-thinking, supportive company.
The Director is looking for a team oriented individual with strong technical expertise, ideally with 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying. You’ll be working on high profile construction projects that make a significant impact on the community, with full support from a tight knit team around you.
While experience across various sectors is beneficial, experience in fit out projects is desirable but not essential. The role offers excellent professional development opportunities within a stable and expanding business, with exposure to both consultancy and development work.
