Governance & Compliance Officer — Hybrid, Part-Time

Citizens Advice Barking & Dagenham is seeking an experienced and organised Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to support strong governance and ensure the charity meets its legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, Chair and Board of Trustees, you will coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas and papers, record decisions, maintain statutory records and monitor governance and compliance deadlines.
