Financial Crime Advisory Manager — AI-Driven Risk & Growth

OakNorth Bank in London is seeking a mid-senior Manager, Financial Crime to join our second line of defence. You will advise on escalations, perform CDD in high-risk cases, and shape policy alongside MLRO and stakeholders across the business.

With around 5 years of experience in regulated financial crime, you’ll bring AML, ABC, fraud and sanctions expertise, plus a commercial mindset to support safe growth and the intelligent use of AI in risk management.
