Field Sales Training Specialist

SumUp in London (office-first) invites a Sales Training professional to join a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver onboarding for up to 60 new field sales representatives monthly, run role-play assessments, and track activation metrics to help new hires reach first sales success.

You’ll collaborate with the UK Training Team and Territory Managers to continually improve programmes, blending live workshops with self-directed content and advancing multi-product adoption.
