Fraud & Economic Crime Investigator

Nationwide is seeking an Economic Crime Investigator in our Fraud Team in Swindon. You will handle alerts, engage customers by phone to understand suspected fraud, and apply profiling to investigate transactions. Full training is provided, no prior fraud experience required.

The role is full-time (35 hours/week) with 1-in-4 weekend shifts, 8am–8pm. We offer hybrid working and a start date of 11 January 2027, with training blocking annual leave during the first two months.
