Labour Planner – Production Scheduling & Optimization

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in the UK is seeking a Labour Coordinator to lead resource scheduling across production and upstream teams, ensuring delivery of the daily plan by optimising available labour within headcount and budget constraints.

Reporting to Production Managers, you will own data integrity in the DLM People Plan, run monthly TOIL and holiday reports, and collaborate with BU leads to maintain continuity across GB operations and our network.
