Community Nurse (District) – Compassionate Home-Based Care

HCRG Care Group is hiring a Band 6 Community Nurse / District Nurse in Wiltshire. You will assess, plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community, working with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will supervise junior staff, contribute to service development, and ensure care aligns with NMC standards and Agenda for Change. A driving licence and full AFC terms apply as part of NHS Pension arrangements.
