Independent Community Nurse – Flexible Part-Time Home Care

HIOW Healthcare is seeking a compassionate community nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes across Southampton. You will work autonomously within a team, managing a caseload and coordinating care to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.

Role requires training with Educators in Practice and the ability to cover shifts across 7 days, including 1 in 4 weekends and Bank Holidays. Core hours include 0800-1600 and 1400-2000, with home visits central to the role.
