Band 6 Community Nurse: Lead Home Health Care

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Community Nurse/District Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community. You will assess, plan, coordinate, and deliver care autonomously within your scope of practice, supervising junior staff and contributing to service development.
