I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a growing infrastructure consultancy who are looking to expand their PMO team supporting a major water infrastructure programme.
We’re recruiting for the following positions:
These roles will support the delivery of a long-term capital investment programme, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify, assess and manage project risks across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
The consultancy delivers project management and project controls services across some of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes and offers long-term career development, excellent project exposure and a collaborative working environment.
The Role
As part of the PMO team, you’ll support the development and maintenance of project risk management processes, helping delivery teams proactively identify and manage threats and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Depending on your level of experience, you’ll be responsible for facilitating risk workshops, maintaining risk registers, producing reports and providing risk insight to support project decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project risk registers.
- Facilitating risk identification and review workshops.
- Monitoring project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Producing risk reports, dashboards and management information.
- Supporting project teams with risk mitigation plans.
- Working closely with project controls, commercial and delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project risk management or PMO within infrastructure or major projects.
- Understanding of project controls and programme delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using risk management tools would be advantageous.
- Infrastructure, utilities or major projects experience is desirable but not essential.
