Our Engineering client in the Dungannon area are recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Manager to manage key customer accounts and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for allocated customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Process orders and ensure technical information is accurate and communicated internally.
• Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Quality and Despatch teams.
• Monitor production and delivery schedules and keep customers updated.
• Coordinate transport and resolve any delivery or customer issues.
• Handle customer complaints through to resolution.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Confident problem-solver with the ability to use initiative.
• Engineering/manufacturing or logistics experience is desirable.
