Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead objective, risk-based reviews across onboarding, KYC/CDD/EDD, and transaction monitoring within a regulated financial services context.
You will document samples, assess first-line processes, and produce evidence-based reports and KPIs for governance committees. Collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit and other stakeholders will be essential to drive improvements.
