Night Care Assistant – Dementia & Wellbeing Focus

MHA is seeking a Care Assistant (Nights) based at Aughton Park, Ormskirk. You will provide compassionate personal and social care to residents, supporting dignity, wellbeing and independence in line with the home’s values.

Key responsibilities include acting as a keyworker, contributing to care plans (including dementia care), and upholding safeguarding, infection control and safety throughout night shifts. A rota includes weekends.
