Night Shift Senior Care Team Lead

Advinia Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (20:00–08:00) to lead a care team and deliver compassionate, resident-focused care. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to ensure high standards of wellbeing and dignity, while maintaining adherence to CQC guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and have prior experience in similar roles.
