Public Sector Estimator: NHS & Housing

Client in Oxford is urgently recruiting an Estimator with a strong background in construction or refurbishment projects, especially within NHS, social housing, or public sector frameworks. You will price works, prepare tenders, and support delivery to benefit communities.

In this role you will analyse drawings and documentation to estimate time, cost, materials and labour, liaise with clients and suppliers to gather pricing, and assist with tender submissions for public sector bids.
