Scientific & Policy Officer – Major Animal Welfare (Hybrid)

The RSPCA is seeking a dedicated Scientific and Policy Officer – Major Projects to join our policy team in a hybrid role between home and our London or Horsham offices. You will support strategic projects, review scientific evidence, and help shape animal welfare policy.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Companion Animals to deliver high-impact outcomes, coordinate cross-organisational initiatives, and translate complex science into clear policy actions.
