Senior Care Assistant — Lead Shifts & Compassionate Care

Wood Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Doncaster to care for residents across physical, emotional and social needs. You will assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities while taking a lead on shift and supporting medication rounds.

We welcome applicants with or without prior senior experience, as full training is provided and a passion for care is valued. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable. Flexible shifts and strong communication are essential.
