Hybrid Broking Systems Support Specialist (Open GI)

Somerset Bridge is seeking a Broking Systems Support Analyst in Bristol to maintain and improve the Open GI platform and related broking apps. You will provide first-line support, investigate incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure reliable system performance.

The role requires knowledge of Open GI, strong Excel/data analysis, and at least 2 years in insurance broking. It offers hybrid working, with 2 days in office and 3 at home, and a competitive benefits
