United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to be the visible point of contact for customers during our property services works across Westminster. You will communicate updates, coordinate handovers of keys to site teams and provide high-standard aftercare, while balancing expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.
Travel across a large geographical area is required.
