General Manager | Ayr | Leisure Club | Salary up to £35,000 + generous bonus
This is an exciting General Manager role at the heart of a growing leisure club, focused on bringing communities together, getting people active, and delivering memorable sessions and events that help the club thrive.

- Confidence to be hands-on and get involved across all areas of the club.

What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the club.
- Build and grow a thriving local leisure community through engaging activities and well-planned programmes.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, repeat visits, and strong member relationships.
- Plan and deliver events, sessions, and social activities that bring people together.
- Lead and motivate the club team, creating a positive and high-performing environment.
- Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow membership, revenue and engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards are maintained across the venue.
- Lead social media activity to keep members informed, engaged, and active.
