About the team & role

We have an amazing opportunity for aLitigation & EducationParalegal to join our Legal Services Litigation Team.The workyou carryout willnot only be invaluable to Legal Services but alsopivotal to all Service Areasin GloucestershireCounty Council.Your work will vary from providing support andassistanceto theLitigation and EducationLawyersto holding and managing your own caseload of legal cases including advocating in courtwhere appropriate.In return you will part of a legal team that actively encourages career development opportunities should that be something of interest or importance to you.

About You

You will needto have excellent organisational and time management skills to allow you to prioritise workloads, some of which can be conflicting priorities.We also need you to be able to work well under pressure. You willneed to be flexible,able to adapt from one area of law to anotherandhave excellent communication skills to be able toadvocate at courtas well as buildexcellentclient relationships.
