Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical advice on medicines and poly-pharmacy.
- Ensure safe, modern medicines management and optimization services.
- Deliver an integrated, legal, and high-quality prison pharmacy service.
- Inspire positive leadership within the team of pharmacy technicians and the wider healthcare team.
- Facilitate staff retention by creating a positive working environment.
- Promote good practice in prescribing decisions and improve medicines management understanding.
- Share information on pharmaceutical products, medicines legislation, and general health education.
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Pharmacist with relevant clinical experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
