Location: Education Activity Centre Hindhead, Surrey

Salary: £32k Per Annum Plus Company Benefits£27.5K per annum live onsite option

Opportunity: A rewarding opportunity for an experienced Chef to oversee a busy kitchen at an activity centre for young children and adults.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient catering operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food following procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks, and allergy management.

Working Hours: 5 days out of 7, 42 hours per week, overtime available. Shift patterns: 5.30am – 1.30pm or 1.30pm – 8.30pm.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume environment, with management or supervisory experience.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Qualifications: Level 3 Food Safety and allergen management, City & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or NVQ, management qualifications, coaching and mentoring experience.
