Casual Intermediate Gymnastics Coach

We are recruiting Casual Intermediate Gymnastics Coaches to deliver gymnastics programming at the Dimensions Leisure Centre.

Responsibilities

• Friendly, approachable and professional first point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Plan, organise and deliver varied and interesting gymnastics programmes for adults and young people.
• Support the planning and implementation of effective pathways to retain gymnasts and develop talent.
• Ensure sessions are suitably developed to include adults and young people with specific needs where possible.
• Mentor and manage both potential new and existing Assistant Coaches.

Requirements

• Experience as a gymnastics coach in a similar setting.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
• Suitable for part‑time work with varying hours.
• Exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subject to a DBS check.
