Reporting to the Chief People Officer the Head of HR is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational leadership and management of the HR Team
Key Responsibilities
Work effectively with the Management Group and Senior Leadership Team to help develop and deliver corporate plans
Leadership and management of the HR Team
Oversight and delivery of the day-to-day operational HR service
Oversee, support, and guide all operational HR processes
Lead on recruitment
Ensure policies/procedures and up to date in line with corporate culture and wider legislation
Work effectively with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues in a legally compliant, compassionate, and timely manner
Support Line Managers through a Business Partnering style of relationship
What We Are Looking For?
Strong experience as a senior HR professional and CIPD qualified – L7 as a minimum
Proven track record of delivering outstanding HR and recruitment services
Outstanding communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
