Conveyancing Specialist – Residential Property Paralegal

HI HUB is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to be based at their office in Histon. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, from freehold and leasehold sales to remortgages and transfers of equity.

The role includes proactively liaising with third parties and ensuring timely case closures in line with service level agreements. Ideal candidates will have experience in conveyancing and strong communication skills.
