Preschool room leader in Early years

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioners/Nursery Nurses at Level 3 to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment committed to providing exceptional care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Providing a warm, caring, and safe environment for children
• Working collaboratively with the nursery team and supporting children’s individual development
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers to share progress and support children’s needs

Available Working Patterns

• Full-time
• Flexible hours including day shifts, 8 or 10 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday working pattern, with occasional overtime

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education (or equivalent)
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skillsli>
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one
• Paediatric first aid qualification is preferred, or willingness to complete one
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
