We are now looking for a committed and compassionate Special Needs Assistant to join our team and help us continue delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children and young people with special educational needs in both care and education settings
- Assist with learning activities, personal care, and daily routines
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and care staff to implement tailored support plans
- Encourage social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all young people
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, autism, or behavioural needs
- A calm, caring, and patient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
