Retail Assistant – Guest Experience & Upsell

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Retail Assistant to provide friendly service, help guests find products and manage stock across our UK shops. You will Welcome guests, handle transactions, upsell, and maintain a welcoming shop environment.

You’ll also support store leadership and handle customer queries with care. The role requires previous retail experience, knowledge of EPOS and stock systems, and strong organisational skills.
