Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Sharpness

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: £13.71 per hour

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start at a busy distribution centre in Sharpness. This is a hands‑on role offering full‑time hours with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative

• Unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Placing goods into designated storage locations
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Using handheld scanners to process stock
• Manual handling of products weighing up to 25kg
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

The Successful Warehouse Operative Will Have

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good communication skills and a good command of English
• The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting up to 25kg
• Safety boots and a high-visibility vest (can be provided if required)
• Own transport due to the location
