People Partner – HR Generalist & Culture Champion

The Old Vic is seeking a People Partner to run HR generalist activities across the organisation and support a senior leadership team. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and policy updates to ensure compliant, inclusive practices.

You will work with the People & Culture Director and a small People team within the Business department to deliver strategic People plans and drive engagement across all staff.
