Strategic Financial Controller | IFRS, Consolidations, Hybrid

Palatine Talent is seeking a Financial Controller for a well-established Merseyside business in the Leisure/Retail sector. You will report to the CEO, manage a Financial Accountant, and work with the Finance Manager on the management accounts team.

You will lead IFRS group reporting, consolidate subsidiaries, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, ensure UK tax compliance, coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
