EYFS Teacher – Frome

Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity Available
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Frome, starting in September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Early Years practitioner to support pupils through the important transition from Reception into Year 1, while also playing a key role in welcoming and settling the new EYFS cohort.
Responsibilities
- Have previous experience teaching within EYFS
- Be confident supporting the transition between Reception and Year 1
- Create a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment
- Be proactive, adaptable and committed to high‑quality early years education
- Be prepared to support the onboarding and settling‑in of the new Reception cohort
What’s on offer
- £125 – £150 per day, depending on experience
- Full‑time position available, with part‑time considered for the right candidate
- Initial contract for the first term, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate
- No planning responsibilities required at this stage
- Ongoing support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous EYFS teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is desirable
- Safeguarding training is mandatory
