Relocation to Cyprus is offered. The position is onsite, shifting to a hybrid model after probation. Salary is attractive, ranging from EUR50-60K plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance across multiple licensed jurisdictions.
• Liaise with regulators and stakeholders.
• Ensure company policies meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct reviews and audits of compliance processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact.
• Advise stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in online gaming compliance.
• Strong knowledge of gambling markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
