Contracts Manager — Construction Projects (1–10m)

PSR Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager for a permanent role in Northampton with a leading contractor. The role covers commercial, education and industrial sectors with project values from 1m to 10m, reporting to senior management.

You will lead projects from inception to completion, manage teams, budgets and safety, and act as the main client contact while driving value engineering and build-ability improvements. Salary £80,000–£90,000 plus package.
