Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, providing expert support and guidance to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage customer enquiries promptly, accurately, and with a proactive approach, helping to build trust and loyalty.
  • Coordinate orders and liaise with laboratories to track testing progress, supporting the overall operational flow.
  • Maintain detailed records using Excel and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to foster long‑term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvements.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of order management systems to streamline processes.

Experience Essentials

  • Extensive experience in a customer‑facing, consultative role within a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Life sciences degree or similar scientific qualification is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with order management systems is a plus.
  • Flexible, highly organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

Location

Based in Oxford. The role offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of three days on site, and easy access via public transport and free parking.
