Job Description:
Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Teaching Assistant for Lexden Hall School in Colchester to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and readiness to learn. The role emphasizes trauma-informed approaches and targeted interventions within a specialist SEMH and autism provision.
You will deliver interventions, monitor progress, and work with the Pastoral Lead to support attendance and engagement across Key Stages 2 to 4. An enhanced DBS check is required.
