Interim Children’s Home Manager – 3-Bed, 16+ (Ofsted)

Lynx Employment Services Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client for an interim children’s home registered manager to work in the Solihull area. This 3-bed unit for 16+ provision requires setting up the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards. On-site Mon–Fri with 1 in 3 weekend on-call duties.

The role demands experience in establishing a home, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent DBS clearance. This is a temporary post with weekend rotas.
