Pre-Construction Design Leader – Building Services (MEP)

Fusion People Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead technical delivery during pre-construction for building services (MEP). Reporting to the Project Director, you will shape technical strategy and coordinate design with clients, consultants and supply chain.

You will manage design deliverables, mitigate risks across £5M-£50M projects, ensure compliance with Building Safety Act and CDM, and mentor junior staff.
