Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer required for our client they are a well known, reputable, and award winning HVAC contractor based in Shaftesbury. They operate across the South Coast, primarily the south central area providing 24/7 emergency services, planned preventative maintenance, system design and installation works. They’re currently looking to expand on their air conditioning maintenance and repairs team due to recent contract wins.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, and fault‑finding on AC systems including splits, vrv’s, and vrf’s
• Complete system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
• Commission and test new installations
• Diagnose faults and provide effective technical solutions
• Deliver a professional, customer‑focused service in commercial properties and occasionally domestic sites
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with the office team

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Air Conditioning
• F‑Gas 2079
• 2+ years experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• Based in Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, or Hampshire
• Full UK Driving License

Remuneration

• Salary £45,000 – £55,000
• Company van, including personal use
• Overtime available
• Working hours Mon – Fri, 8:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• Sick pay after completion of probation
