EMEA Payroll Manager

In a sector that is growing enormously, our client seeks an EMEA Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis to take control & look after the entire payroll function.

As the EMEA Payroll Manager, you will take full responsibility for the payroll function and report into the International HRD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 10+ EMEA payrolls
• Use a variety of in-country partners to support accurate and prompt payroll delivery
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
• Maintain up to date with all payroll legislation changes
• Perform payroll accounting related duties
• Produce and provide payroll reports and analysis to senior management
• Drive compliance and payroll efficiencies
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business

Qualifications

• True subject matter expert in international payroll
