Job Description:
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Servicedesk Supervisor for a 6 Month FTC at our Hemel Hempstead head office, with occasional travel to Romford or Holborn for training. You will supervise two reports and coordinate work for around 20 engineers, working closely with the Service Manager.
The role focuses on daily operations, scheduling efficiency, service delivery and clear communication with customers and contractors, underpinning safety, quality and continuous service improvement.
