Responsibilities
- Support service users in the community
- Assist with hobbies and prompting personal care tasks
- Empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently
Qualifications
- Over the age of 18
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
- UK resident
- Minimum of 6 months prior experience in a complex clinical healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the sector
- Ability to build strong rapport with service users with varying needs and abilities
- Genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
