Education Re-engagement Specialist — Part-Time

Cardiff Council is seeking a part-time Skills and Support Worker to help learners who are not in full-time education access learning and improve attendance and achievement. The role involves working at our centre and in community settings, designing activities and liaising with families and schools to support transitions.

You will monitor progress, plan resources, and work independently or as part of a team. The position is 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, with a pro-rated salary.
