Solar Installer

You will work on residential installations, helping deliver high‑quality renewable energy solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with roofers and other skilled trades to install solar PV, battery storage systems, ASHP electrical wiring, and DMEV ventilation systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Install residential solar PV systems and battery storage solutions.
• Carry out electrical wiring for air source heat pumps (ASHPs).
• Install DMEV ventilation systems.
• Test, commission, and ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations.
• Work closely with roofers and multi‑trade teams to complete installations efficiently.
• Record completed work, upload installation evidence, and report any issues using our CRM system.

You will be required to travel as part of this role.

Personal Requirements

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical or equivalent).
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• At least 3 years of electrical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience installing solar PV systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Aged 26 or over (due to company vehicle insurance requirements).

Salary: £42,000-£60,000 DOE.
