Job Summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Steward to join our Kitchen Team. The Steward supports the Kitchen and all hotel outlets by ensuring a clean and efficient environment, and by maintaining the supply of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and related items. This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and related items for the Kitchen and all hotel outlets.
• Maintains a clean kitchen environment, ensuring all surfaces and equipment remain sanitary.
• Completes work projects assigned by the Senior Manager, collaborating with the Culinary team to meet service standards.

Requirements

• Positive approach with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer care.
• Attention to detail and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
