Learning Disability School Support Staff

We are looking for a dedicated School Support Staff member to work with children with a wide range of additional needs and disabilities, including MLD, PMLD, and Autism (ASC). Your days will be diverse and busy, supporting pupils with hearing and visual impairments, communication needs, medical and physical needs, and speech and communication requirements.

Responsibilities

Support children in the classroom, providing assistance with personal care, medical and physical support, and communication and speech needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities, learning difficulties, and medical/care needs.
• Familiarity with personal care, medical support, and physical disabilities.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable.
• Ability to get stuck in.
