Head of Maintenance – Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Hands-on Head of Maintenance to lead the upkeep of a care home in Leeds. You’ll manage day-to-day repairs across buildings and grounds, supervise a small team and work closely with the General Manager on annual budget planning.

You’ll need hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, a full UK driving licence and flexible hours to meet resident needs. IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English are expected.
