Senior Car Park Acquisition Manager – South Coast

Times 24 is seeking a commercially driven Senior Land Acquisition Manager to lead identification, negotiation and delivery of new car park opportunities across the UK. This field-based role focuses on Southampton and the South Coast, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development and site openings.

You will drive the full sales cycle, negotiate with landlords and stakeholders, and work with Commercial Managers to ensure successful openings. A KPI-driven, revenue-oriented mindset is essential.
