Pupil Attendance & Engagement Lead

Tonge Moor Primary Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote and safeguard pupil attendance. You will provide a specialist service to meet attendance obligations and improve persistent absence, liaising with safeguarding leads and parents to support full-time education access.

The role focuses on establishing attendance reasons, analysing data, guiding staff, and coordinating with external agencies to raise engagement and punctuality while adhering to Child Protection procedures.
